The project structures the site with two horizontal walkways. By doing this, a clear and simple orientation is created and through this the address identification comes naturally.
The free placement of the buildings along the walkways opens up interesting views through them and creates the feeling of openness. The shape of the buildings supports the flow of the landscape and supports the idea of living in a park.
The undulating walkways lead to the buildings through flower camps and bushes. An attractive entrance with a strong identity is created. The walkways are also meeting points with views to the mountains.
